On 7 March 2024, boom!'s Melanie Salter led a panel discussion in celebration of International Women's Day 2024 and its theme: #InspireInclusion

The event attracted a global audience. On the main panel discussion we were joined by special guests:

• Maria Pia De Caro – EVP, Integrated Operations and Sustainability & Responsibility at Pernod Ricard
• Andrea Abegg – Vice President Global Fulfillment at The Estée Lauder Companies
• Halimah Cleveland – Director of Manufacturing Operations at GE Appliances (a Haier company)

Following the panel discussion, the audience was invited to join a virtual breakout room to discuss the issues raised and share ideas around inspiring inclusion.
